## Install or set up

Install Blender and uv. Run the guided setup below; it installs and enables the Blender add-on and configures a supported MCP client, including Claude Code. Open Blender, start the add-on server, then verify the Blender connection in Claude Code with `/mcp`. The README has manual setup steps if automatic discovery fails.
