Context7 provides documentation lookups for coding assistants through an MCP server.

## Install or set up

1. Context7 recommends its setup CLI. Run the command below, select Claude Code, and follow the authentication prompts. Its README also documents manual HTTP configuration with an API key.
2. After setup, run `claude mcp list` or `/mcp` in Claude Code to check the connection. Use the linked setup source for service-specific authentication.
