Context Mode is an MCP server that processes tool output and manages session context for coding agents.

## Install or set up

1. Install Node.js. Register Context Mode’s published package in Claude Code, then restart your session and run `claude mcp get context-mode`. The README also documents its plugin and hook integration.
2. After setup, run `claude mcp list` or `/mcp` in Claude Code to check the connection. Use the linked setup source for service-specific authentication.
